Raised in Lake Jackson, Texas, Fulton was inspired by the strong work ethic of his father and grandfather, who worked for Dow Chemical. This legacy of dedication and integrity continues to shape his leadership style, emphasizing team building, operational efficiency, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Fulton earned his Eagle Scout Award outside his professional endeavors, reflecting his lifelong commitment to discipline and community service. He enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. A devoted father, he travels frequently to Jackson, Mississippi, to cheer on his son, who plays soccer for Millsaps College.
