SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by Space City Express Delivery LLC (“SCED,” “we,” “us”). They are part of, and incorporate, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, SCED sends text messages related to:

• Drivers/applicants: application status, scheduling, and dispatch updates.
• Customers: quote follow-ups, shipment status, and service updates.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on a form at spacecityexpressdelivery.com. The consent box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us (for example, the status of your application, quote, or shipment).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SCED does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside SCED’s control.
