Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of spacecityexpressdelivery.com (the “Site”) and the services of Space City Express Delivery LLC (“SCED,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SCED provides hotshot/expedited freight transportation as a motor carrier (USDOT 4325952 / MC 1688446). Specific transportation services are governed by separate rate confirmations, bills of lading, and carrier agreements, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Content on the Site is owned by SCED and may not be copied without permission.

3. Quote Requests & Applications

Submitting a quote request or driver application does not create a binding contract. Quotes are estimates subject to confirmation, equipment availability, and a signed rate agreement. Employment applications are reviewed at SCED’s discretion.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box, you consent to receive text messages from SCED as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Transportation services are subject to the terms of the applicable carrier agreement and governing transportation law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for transportation services is governed by the applicable carrier agreement and 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (Carmack Amendment), where applicable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in Harris County, Texas.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
